Blue Hannukah

I need a better name for this cocktail. It is based on the Blue Hawaii. I wanted a blue cocktail for Hannukah. The blue curacao was the key.

Ingredients

• 1 oz white rum
• 1 oz vodka
• 3/4 oz blue curacao
• 1.5 oz sour mix
• 2 oz pineapple juice (optional)
• Pineapple slice and cocktail cherry for garnish (optional)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
2. Add a large handful of ice and shake well.
3. Pour into glass of your choice. A rocks glass works well.
4. Garnish with your choice of cocktail cherries and pineapple slice.

Notes

1. The pineapple juice makes this a Blue Hawaii. It also makes the drink sweeter and changes the color to more of a turquoise.
2. The sour mix can be replaced with 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz lime juice and 1/2 oz simple syrup.
